We’ve created an easy way to help you write to your MP and Senators and to talk them about Hong Kong. But we need some information from you to help make this possible.
Summary
We ask you for the minimum information possible, and don’t store any identifiable information about you. Keep reading for more information.
First Name
Why do we ask for this?
We provide sample emails and letters to help you quickly and easily write to your MP and Senators. We use your first name to sign off on the letter. We ask that you please use your real name so that your MP and/or Senators trust that it’s coming from a real person, and can write back to you.

Postal Code
Why do we ask for this?
We require your postal code to determine who your MP and Senators are. MPs and Senators are far more likely to take your note seriously if they are your representatives, and your postal code is used to confirm this. Our letter templates include your postal code and city (looked up from your postal code) to inform your MP/Senator that you are their constituent.
What do we do with this information?
We delete this information shortly after you provide it. But we do store information on which MPs and Senators were contacted, and how often. This is used to empower our lobbying efforts.
